Maruti is ready to take up its product class to the next level. The new car called Kizashi will be filling up the space between a sedan and an SUV. The new sports sedan has confirmed its arrival next month. After a long time, maruti has come up with a classic sporty design fair enough to compete with the other cars of the segment.
The maruti has given its new boy great muscular look which is apt for powerful sports sedan. The rear view of the car becomes more sporty with the 17 inch alloy wheels and the twin exhaust system. It’s not just the looks make it sporty, but the 2.4 litre petrol 4 cylinder engine which is capable of producing a peak power of 180 bhp@6000 rpm and a torque of 170 Nm@4000 rpm. The new engine promises sporty handling and control and the standard front wheel drive variant sprints from 0-60 mph in just 8.3 seconds. The front wheel drive variant only comes with six-speed manual transmission. The car is expected to have a mileage of 12km per litre which is impressive for 2.4L petrol engine.
To make you lazy, the sedan is equipped with push button keyless start, power steering, windows and mirrors, Dual-zone climate control. In addition it has EPS Stability control and ABS, projector beam headlamps etc to make the driving easier.
