What You Need to know About iCloud

Apple introduced its iCloud wireless data sync service at the company’s annual WWDC. iCloud is Apple’s wireless cloud service between all your devices. It help you to synchronize your content through the air. It cuts out cables. It cuts out duplicating files and file management. iCloud stores your music, photos, apps, calendars, documents, and more. Also wirelessly pushes them to all your devices like iPad,iPod and iPhone automatically. It’s the easiest way to manage your content.

iCloud stores your content in cloud, so it’s always accessible from your iPad, iPhone, iPod touch, Mac, or PC.  Also it keeps your email, contacts, and calendars up to date across all your devices. No syncing required or management required.  When anything changes on one of your devices, all of your devices are updated almost instantly.

iCloud Storage

iCloud provides you with 5GB of free storage for mail, documents, and backup. This storage is outside of your quota for iTunes, photos, videos, iWorks documents, apps, photo stream, and books.

iTunes In The Cloud

The main advantage iCloud is it make it easy to buy and sync music from iTunes, apps from the App Store and books from iBookstore. Once you make a purchase on your iPad it will automatically be delivered to your iPhone or iPod. That means you don’t need to give any extra cash or no extra downloads. The Contents saved on the iCloud servers can stream to any device. No need to fill up your memory on your iPad or iPhone anymore.

What will this cost?

Almost all of the iCloud services are free. The only thing you have to pay for is iTunes Match, which will cost $25 per year.
