Finally Facebook has released their own chat messenger for Windows 7 users. Using this official Facebook messenger you can keep yourself always online on chat without open Facebook in browser. This is a great application for all Facebook fans because now they have option for chat with Facebook friends without any browser support. Facebook mobile chat was released a long time back but this is the first official desktop version arrived for Windows users.
By using this application you can chat and message with your friends on Facebook, See the latest updates from your friends in ticker and get quick notifications about what’s going on. Application is very small and takes few seconds to download with normal internet connection.
After installation Facebook application will also put one small icon in taskbar and by right clicking on taskbar Facebook icon you can manage settings like log out, on/off chat sounds etc. If you want to exit from Facebook messenger you must need to press exit option from taskbar icon. If you want to keep this application running in your computer then you’ll need to enable “Keep me logged in†option in Messenger. This option allows you to stay logged into Facebook even after you close your browser.
