Download Information From Facebook

Facebook announced new feature for downloading information from your account. Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg announced a feature that allows users to import their data from Facebook in a .zip file format. Facebook begins rolling out this feature to all users. In your account settings you can find this feature. Please note that this feature is not yet available for everyone but it should be rolling out to users with in this week.

The data is contained within a HTML file, with easy access to your Profile data, Wall information, Photos, Videos, Friends, Notes, Events and Messages. Downloading your profile in this way does not delete it from the site, but simply provides you with a copy.
